Foldable pâté mould

A new pâté mould developed in co-operation with Fabien Pairon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. It is the perfect tool for making a pâté en croûte. This is how it works:
1) Open the mould.
2) Cover the whole mould with pie dough.
3) Cut along the edges of the mould.
4) Close the mould. Fill it with meat-, fish-, or vegetable pâté.
5) Cover with pie dough.
6) Cook in the oven.
The mould comes in three sizes and two versions: perforated and plain. Stainless steel.
