Ordering & Payment

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking code. That way you can monitor the progress of your delivery on the shipper's website. If you have any trouble finding it, you can always contact us and we will contact the shipping company.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Paypal, Finnish banks, all major credit cards and mobile payments.

In Sweden payments are handled by Klarna or through Paypal.

Shipping & Returns

How and when is my order shipped?

Orders are treated as soon as possible. If a product is out of stock we will notify the customers by email. Shipments are handled by shipit.fi.

We send the order the same day or on the following weekday. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 weekdays. If a product is not available, we will inform about the expected delivery time.

How do I cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped it can be cancelled by email. If the order has been shipped, the order can only be cancelled when the products have been returned to us (see the next section).

If the shipment is delayed the customer may however cancel the order by email.

Cancellation of products and services ordered especially for a customer is not possible. All goods remain the property of Eiring until they have been paid in full.

What is your return policy?

Products should be checked immediately upon delivery. Complaints can be made by email or telephone (+358 45 875 1116). Please give order number and reason for the complaint. The process is quickened if pictures are provided of the defective product from all sides. Eiring will contact the manufacturer and, when the complaint has been accepted, exchange the product or give the money back. The customer has 2 years’ right of complaint.

Private customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. If the goods are used and no longer in an unaltered state, deductions on the repayment can be made between 15 and 80%. For full repayment, the product must be returned with its original packaging and in an substantially unchanged condition. The return shipping is paid by the customer. If the goods disappear during the return transport or are damaged, the consumer is responsible for this and Eiring is entitled to refuse repayment. In case of repayment, the money is paid through the payment method chosen by the customer. There is no right of cancellation for corporate customers. Return of product or service acquired or completed specifically for the customer is not possible. If you wish to return an order, please contact Eiring by e-mail or phone +358 45 875 1116.

Can I use a gift card in the webshop?

If you have received a physical gift card and want to use it online, please contact us by phone (+358 50 34 77 586)or email eiring@eiring.fi and we will send you a personal code.

If wish to buy a gift card for use online, then please let use know and we will give a personal code at the time of purchase.

Do you ship to all countries?

We do ship to most countries but the shipping rate will vary. Please get in touch with us if you have any problems or questions.

Can I order to the Åland Islands without VAT?

If you want a delivery to Åland without VAT it is easiest to send us your order by email. Please include delivery address and a telephone number. Also let us know if you want delivery to the door or a pickup-point.

How long before I receive my order?

We ship your order on the same day or the following weekday. If there are any problems we will get in touch with you.

The precise delivery times depend on the shipping company. Within Finland it is 1-2 days, to Sweden 3-4 days.

The products are damaged. What do I do?

If you receive a product which has been damaged during transport or is faulty in any other way you should immediately get in touch with us. A photo of the damage will help.

We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

Mistakes can always happen. If receive the wrong product please get in touch. We will send you the right one immediately and arrange for the return of the wrong product.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

If the order has not been shipped you are free to change your mind. We will return the money.
