Malmgård

Malmgård’s long history dates back to the 17th century. The current owners, brothers Henrik and Fredrik Creutz, represent the 13th generation of owners of the estate.

Malmgård switched to organic farming in 1995 and now specialises in growing various ancient wheat varieties, such as einkorn, emmer and spelt. The farm also grows oats, barley, rye and wheat.
