Shipping policy

Orders are treated as soon as possible. We send the order the same day or on the following weekday.

Estimated delivery time is 3-4 weekdays.

If a product is out of stock or not currently available, we will notify you by email and inform you about the expected delivery time. If the shipment is delayed and you wish to cancel the order, please do so by email.

Unclaimed shipments
For a shipment that is not redeemed where the package goes back to Eiring, a fee of 20 € / 230 kr will be charged. When repeated attempts are made to deliver packages to customers, the fee is charged once for every unclaimed shipment.
