Orders and payments
Prices are given in euros on eiring.fi and Swedish crowns on eiring.se. Orders made in another person’s name without consent will be denounced to the police. We do not sell to children under the age of 18 without parents’ consent. Payments can take place by card, bank transfer and the services through Shopify, Klarna and Paypal. Eiring will not add a fee for payments. Companies can pay directly or by invoice. Invoices to companies outside Finland will be issued without VAT. Companies in EU countries will have to provide a EU VAT number. Individual customers in the Åland islands can order by email and pay against a VAT-free proforma invoice.
Deliveries and returns
Orders are treated as soon as possible. If a product is out of stock we will notify the customers by email. Shipments are handled by Shipit (shipit.fi). If the shipment is delayed and the customer wants to cancel the order, it should be done by email. Cancellation of products and services ordered especially for a customer is not possible. All goods remain the property of Eiring until they have been paid in full.
Products should be checked immediately upon delivery. Complaints can be made by email or telephone (+358 45 875 1116). Please give order number and reason for the complaint. The process is quickened if pictures are provided of the defective product from all sides. Eiring will contact the manufacturer and, when the complaint has been accepted, exchange the product or give the money back. The customer has 2 years’ right of complaint.
Private customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. If the goods are used and no longer in an unaltered state, deductions on the repayment can be made between 15 and 80%. For full repayment, the product must be returned with its original packaging and in an substantially unchanged condition. The return shipping is paid by the customer. If the goods disappear during the return transport or are damaged, the consumer is responsible for this and Eiring is entitled to refuse repayment. In case of repayment, the money is paid through the payment method chosen by the customer. There is no right of cancellation for corporate customers. Return of product or service acquired or completed specifically for the customer is not possible. If you wish to return an order, please contact Eiring by e-mail or phone +358 45 875 1116.
We send the order the same day or on the following weekday. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 weekdays. If a product is not available, we will inform about the expected delivery time.
For a shipment that is not redeemed where the package goes back to Eiring, a fee of 20 € / 230 kr will be charged. When repeated attempts are made to deliver packages to customers, the fee is charged once for every unclaimed shipment.

Events such as war, natural disasters, labour market measures, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and events outside Eiring's control, which could not be reasonably foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Eiring is relieved of its obligations to fulfill the entered agreement. Eiring reserves the right to make changes to all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers without prior notice. If a product is out of stock at the stated price, if a sales item has been discontinued, or an incorrect price has been stated, Eiring has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid. Eiring shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
