Häussler Bread mould with lid

Made of steel plate with hinged lid. The lateral grooves guarantee that your baked sandwich bread looks identical to the original in its rectangular shape. Before baking, grease the pan completely (don't forget the lid), place the dough in the pan and let it rest. Then close the lid, lock and bake. The locked lid prevents the steam from escaping, the bread stays nice and juicy and in shape. The mould has  a detachable separator so that you can make two loaves or one long.

Available in two sizes, 24 and 36 cm long. Width 11 cm, height 8 cm.
