Laatupuukko crayfish knife

Crayfish knife of stainless steel with a wide hole for breaking the claw. The handle is made of oiled and heat-treated birch. The handle will not crack or absorb odours or flavours.

This is by far the most responsible and beautiful crayfish knife on the market and a great gift idea. 

Care instructions: do not wash in dishwasher, clean the blade after use by rinsing, or with a mild dishwashing detergent solution. The handle has a protective wax on the wood, so it can be wiped with a damp cloth, although it is best kept clean when the hand that handles it is clean.
