Thema Estate olive oil from Crete

An extra-virgin olive oil with low acidity and unique characteristics thanks to the local microclimate and soil structure.

It is produced from the "Koroneiki" variety, from selected olives in a privately owned olive grove with only 150 trees in the village of Exo Mouliana, in the area of ​​Sitia and at an altitude of 530 m.

Harvesting is done by hand in early December, so as not to injure the fruit.

Our olive oil (designated as PDO Sitia) is extracted on the same day with cold pressing (<27^°C), as the olives are transported to the oil press within 4-8 hours.

Enjoy an olive oil with a fruity, slightly spicy taste and rich aroma.
