The Roy René fruit marmalade box contains 30 pieces in a variety of fruity flavours. Presented in a collector's box, they offer a real gourmet treat with every bite.
Raspberries from France, quinces from Drôme Provençale, pears from Haute Provence, apricots and figs from Provence, blackcurrants from Burgundy.
It's made using a traditional process: fruit, sugar and pectin are slowly heated in an open cauldron to preserve the flavours and allow the natural pectin to work. The dough is poured, left to set, then cut by hand and rolled in sugar.
