De Buyer Alchimy LOQY saucepan, without handle

The multi-layer stainless steel allows for controlled cooking thanks to the even conduction of temperature throughout the utensil and also gives it a high reactivity both when heating up and cooling down. This collection does not have a diffuser bottom that would reduce its performance.
A versatile utensil for cooking in water, simmering, making sauces, creams and reductions, sautéing, etc.

Can be used with the separately sold removable LOQY handle (3660.00) or with the pair of LOQY beechwood handles (3660.02). 

The removable system allows you to transform your utensil into a saucepan thanks to the removable LOQY handle or into a stewpan thanks to the pair of removable LOQY handles.
