Unclaimed shipments
For a shipment that is not redeemed where the package goes back to Eiring, a fee of 20 € / 230 kr will be charged. When repeated attempts are made to deliver packages to customers, the fee is charged once for every unclaimed shipment.

Frying pan in carbon steel for searing, grilling and browning meat, less delicate fish and eggs. The Lyonnaise profile enables the food to slide easily onto a plate.
The black colour of the surface is due to thermal treatment and a temporary protection against oxidation; the pan is not coated.
2 mm thick for optimal heat distribution. Handle of tempered strip steel with hight temperature resistance. Suitable for all stovetops, grill and oven.

Seasoning will give the pan natural non-stick properties.  

De Buyer have produced carbon-steel pans in the same factory since 1830!
