Traditional frying pan for fish with flat iron handle on the long side. The carbon-steel pan heats up quickly and guarantees a uniform distribution of heat. It reaches high temperatures and enables the Maillard reaction with caramelization of juices. Natural non-stick properties with gradual seasoning of the pan - the more it is used the less the seasoning attaches to the food. Riveted, unbreakable iron handle. Heat the pan well before cooking. Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. All cook tops including induction.
