De Buyer Mineral B frying pan, 2 handles

Round, heavy-duty carbon-steel frying pan with two stainless-steel handles. Thickness 3 mm.

Excellent for making paella but also for frying and roasting on the stove top, on the grill and in the oven. 

Season the pan before first use: watch the video. The pans in the Mineral B series are coated with natural beeswax for quicker seasoning. A seasoned pan has non-stick natural properties and becomes better the more it is used. 

Clean under running warm water, dry and, if necessary, wipe with a little oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
