In 10-15 seconds you have the perfect French omelette that effortlessly slides out of the pan.

And the pan really lasts forever and only becomes better the more it is used. Sturdy carbon steel; ergonomic handle in stainless steel. Thickness 2,5 mm. Season the pan before first use: watch the video. To clean, if you only use it for omelettes, it is enough just to wipe it dry with kitchen paper. If necessary, scrub under running water, dry and wipe with a little oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. All cook tops including induction.
