Mandoline made of stainless steel and polymer composite. The stainless-steel ramp is smooth and with a textured surface to make the food slide easily. ​A new adjustable system allows you to easily regulate the thickness of the cut from 0.5 to 10 mm, with a space of 0.5 mm. The blade is micro-serrated which makes it easy to cut even soft fruit like tomatoes and oranges without problems. Waffle-cut side for pommes gaufrées. Julienne blade for 4 and 10 mm sticks. Non-skid feet. Wash the blades by hand; the frame is dishwasher safe. Instuctions are included.
