Risotto with funghi porcini, 250g. Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms, garlic, chives, parsley, onion.
Recipe: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and add the rice mixture. Pour in a glass of white wine (optional). Add c. 1l of vegetable stock and boil at very low temperature for about 13 min. while stirring. Remove from the heat, add grated parmesan cheese and/or butter and leave to rest under lid for a couple of minutes.
Packaged in a modified atmosphere. Net weight 250g.
