Bread knife with a rigid 20 cm blade with sharp half-moon serration for a neat cut of any kind of bread. It can also be used for puff pastry and pâtés.

The blade is fully forged in exceptional X50CrMov15 steel (0.50% carbon, 15% chromium, 0.5% molybdenum). An elegant, solid round bolster for greater manoeuvrability. Handle in olive wood, 3 aluminum rivets.

Blade length 20 cm, total length 32,5 cm.
