Tuttocalabria Calabrian chili sauce

Since 1910 the Celli family works the authentic Calabrian chilies, grown on the hillsides kissed by the Calabrian sun and the Mediterranean sea breeze. The chili pepper processing is an art handed down from generation to generation and that nowadays has led TuttoCalabria to create this Calabrian Chili Sauce.

Ingredients:
Calabrian red pepper, water, vinegar, garlic, olive oil, salt.

How to use:
As a sauce on fish as an accompaniment to chicken, grilled vegetables and French fries.
