The Yuyu story

In 2010, Richard Yu, who then lived in London, realised that a traditional hot-water bottle only heats up a small part of your body at a time. He therefor thoguht that it could be made longer, so that you can wrap it around you body. 

Long but efficient.

How long could it possibly be? In the design process, he figured out he could stick to the same volume of water as a traditional bottle if he made the YUYU 81 cm.

In his effort to be an eco-friendly and sustainably aware brand, he found the best rubber in the world in Sri Lanka. The YUYU is made from biodegradable, Grade A rubber.

He believes the things held so close to your body should be beautiful which is why he made the YUYU with the finest fabrics.
