A sauté-pan is a must-have in every serious kitchen. This one is made of solid copper with a very thin stainless-steel coating on the inside. Perfect reductions, sautéing meat and vegetables and for sauces. Cast-iron handle. No dishwasher. Polish the exterior with copper cleaner from time to time. All cook tops except induction. Thickness 1,5 - 2 mm. Lid available separately.
